Mentor and Participant selections for upcoming trips will be made approximately 6 weeks prior to multi-day trips and 4 weeks prior to single-day trips. These timelines are goals, not guarantees, and may shift based on planning needs.
Selections are not made on a first come, first serve basis. Each trip is carefully staffed and balanced to best support the experience for everyone involved.
Please remember, we are all volunteers, and we truly appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work to build the best possible trips for our participants.
NOTE: If you don’t see a trip available to register for today, don’t take it personally… we promise it’s not you. Our Event Coordinators, who are all volunteers, are likely on their 7th cup of coffee putting in some serious behind-the-scenes time to get everything dialed in. They’re doing their best to set each trip up the right way so everyone has a great experience.
Also, because Colorado likes to keep things interesting, Mother Nature occasionally throws us a curveball. With ongoing drought conditions, some trip dates may shift. We’ll keep this page updated as things change.
