A New Chapter, With Gratitude
Hi Team,
I just wanted to take a few minutes to share a quick note with you all as we begin a new chapter together. As many of you know, Alan has stepped down as Program Lead. I want to make sure we take a moment to recognize the incredible impact he has had on our Program, our Volunteers, and our Participants alike.
Alan’s leadership has been nothing short of inspiring. What he built here will carry forward for years to come, and speaking personally, I am deeply grateful for the example he set. I hope you’ll join me in thanking him for all he has done, and all he continues to do behind the scenes.
As I step into the Program Lead role, I know I have some big shoes to fill. My goal is simple: to honor the foundation Alan laid by supporting each of you, keeping our mission strong, and making sure our Participants and their healing journey remain at the heart of everything we do.
I’m a big believer that leadership is about service, not titles. I know I’ll have a lot to learn, and I’m thankful to be doing it with such an incredible team. Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out, ideas, concerns, or even just to say hello. I’m here, and I’m listening.
Thank you again for letting me be a part of this journey with you.
Warm Regards,
Woody
