Casting Forward Together

We’re a third of the way through trip season, and it’s already been meaningful thanks to the time, energy, and heart of our Mentors, Cooks, Equipment Managers, Trip Leads, and Assistant Trip Leads. Whether rigging gear, mentoring on the bank, or leading trips, you made it happen. Thank you!

Please note: A Trip Hotwash will be held in late September to reflect on what’s working and how we shape the year ahead.

As we look forward, we’re reminded: It’s not about the fish, it’s about the connection. While our guided, catered trips are wonderful, the real heart of PHW is time spent between Participant and Mentor, built on trust, presence, and relationship. Looking ahead to next season, we’re exploring more local trips that bring us back to those grassroots.

Thank you for all you’ve poured into this season so far. Let’s keep moving forward with heart, purpose, and connection.

Grateful to be in it with you,

Woody & Dday
